We welcomed 13 guests to a private home in Oro Valley where we introduced ourselves and shared our mission for hosting these charity events. The evening began with a welcome elixir, followed by delightful five-course plant-based meal. New friendships blossomed, connections were forged, and beautiful memories were created during this wonderful fundraising dinner.

We hosted our first charity event, and as the servers arrived one by one, we assisted with dinner preparations—placing silverware on folded napkins and filling glasses fresh orange and mint water. Anticipation filled the air as our guests began to arrive, each one taking their seat, totaling 30 attendees. You could sense the excitement in the room; some were astonished by the beautiful evening set up for them, while others expressed how long it had been since they had a chance to dress up. A mix of nervousness and calmness lingered as we introduced ourselves described the welcome beverage. We shared our enthusiasm as the evening unfolded, serving course after course, each one a delight of flavors and textures. We concluded the night with a heartfelt closing followed by a beautiful dance performance by a local artist to "Gracias a la vida" by Laura Pausini, leaving our hearts filled with joy and compassion.
